1. When you are ready to book your trip, please call Fantastic Voyages at 940-644-5611. We can make reservations Monday through Friday, or by pre-arranged appointment.

3. Complete and fax the Purchase Authorization Form within 24 hours of making your reservation.

We will email confirmation of your reservation showing what has been reserved, balance due and balance due date within 3 business days.

A deposit is due at time of making a resort reservation. The amount varies depending on which tour operator we use. Plan on $150-350 per person. Airline tickets must be paid in full at the time of booking. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Final payment is due in our office no later than 90 days prior to your arrival date. (Arrival Date is the date you are scheduled to arrive at the resort)

Documents (your resort vouchers and air tickets, if applicable) are sent to you 14-21 days prior to departure via Priority Mail.

Travel Insurance is available and covers cancellation penalties that will be accessed if a trip is canceled up to 24 business hours prior to departure due to covered medical reasons. It covers both parties traveling, along with immediate family members. This policy is not refundable and is highly recommended.
